Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability and allow us to give you the time and attention you deserve. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can provide the full experience for every guest.
Book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24hr in advance so we can accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Hair Appointments
For the best results:
• Arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise discussed
• Bring inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind
• Wear something comfortable
Consultations are always available if you’re unsure what to book.
Lash Appointments
To ensure the best retention and results:
- Arrive with clean lashes (no makeup or oils)
- Please DO NOT Wear Mascara on the day of your appointment
- Avoid caffeine before your appointment
- Plan to keep your eyes closed for the duration of your service
Extensions & Specialty Services
For extensions or major transformations, a consultation may be required prior to booking. This allows us to customize your service, match your hair perfectly, and ensure the best outcome.
Payment
We accept multiple forms of payment including cash, credit card and Venmo
